I'm not finding the answer in my style guides and I'm getting hits on each when I go out to the web...although "decrypting" appears to be the frontrunner if I were to judge the legitimacy of some of the hits I'm getting.

"Decrypting" is much the best choice of those three.

(I work for a cryptographer.)
