Can I suggest DIY?
On the face of it, what you describe would be fairly simple to program in
VBA.
You could extract the properties and paste them into a Word document which
you could then save as vanilla HTML. So you wouldn't even have to know HTML.
However, you'd have to know/learn VBA first, but that's easy to pick up and
a very very useful skill to have
