We use Verdana for everything, except where Courier is required for command-line information, and except for some link "bubbles" (to topic groups) which are in Garamond.Then maybe you could use Courier or Garamond? Working with three fonts, you've already got a lot happening on the page, so you probably don't need a fourth font.
Courier is not my favorite font (to say the least), but if you're already using it for commands, why not use it for emphasis, too?
