Can you help me?

The best help I can give you is to add the following to the other advice I've just read.

Worrying about how to hire writers at your stage is counting your chickens before the eggs are hatched. First you have to make sure the work is going to come through the door. Where is the work going to come from? How are you going to market yourself? That's the place you should be focusing.

In a good economy, hanging out a shingle is fairly easy. In this economy, there's lots of basic job hunting to do. All the one-person businesses on this list can attest to the effort necessary to establish oneself as a reliable, quality provider of services.

Good luck.
