Yep, it's true.

I think it's safe to say that the telecom industry sucks an order of
magnitude more than it used to. (Using the Margulis definition, which I
just learned today. Can't wait to pop some buzzword junkie's bubble the
next time they use that phrase incorrectly!)

Anyway, back to the subject. It IS a grim world here in telecom. Pretty
weird, when you think of how *everything* goes over phone lines...
