>From a usability standpoint, I have always read that screens shots should
not be put in help system. It has been proven that often times a user tries
to click on the screen shot in the help system thinking it's an active
dialog, resulting in a temporarily, frustrated user. I do put toolbars and
other components of a screen shot in a help system, but never a complete
screen shot. I believe William Horton's book also covers this topic.
