?20 upwards. ?30-?50 more usual. More in Dublin than in Cork, Galway or
Limerick.
You have to appreciate that Ireland (the Republic) had a population
approaching 4 million, of which nearly 2 million live in, or within
commuting distance of, Dublin. The vast majority of high-tech jobs are in
or around Dublin, although there are business parks in the other major
cities - Cork, Galway, Limerick and Waterford in descending order of size
- that have some suitable employers. There are one or two "specialist"
areas, for instance Cork has a large concentration of pharmaceuticals.

Anything from ?25,000 upwards. Above ?50,000 is rare. Same comment as
above re Dublin.

Permanent employers offer pension, life insurance, medical insurance (not
always). I can't answer for contracting firms.

Depressed generally. There are a few jobs in Dublin, but very limited
outside. I can't speak for Belfast as it's a different country, although I
have had one or two come up as a result of searches for "Ireland".
