Thank you to all those who responded to my question.

Some of you asked, why do we use both Webworks and RoboHELP?

This is because our shop used RoboHELP when we published in Word. Once we
moved to Frame, Webworks was the best solution for creating Help. However,
we still have clients using our legacy Help systems in RoboHELP. When these
clients upgraded to Netscape 6, we had to buy a single upgrade license for
RoboHELP 2002 to support their Help systems.

This brings up another question:

Does Webworks support Netscape 6?
