I've read something that suggested to use the imperative followed by the
declarative. For example, "Read the manual. By reading the manual, you will
find the answer." Did that makes sense? Anyway, your thread reminded me of
this, and I noticed that you mentioned using the declarative before the
imperative, but not the reverse.
