We put them in a separate section called "Known Limitations" and include
any
workarounds. This wording seems to satisfy everyone--not too weasel-y for
users, fuzzy enough for corporate.

Known Limitations only go into release notes, not the User Guide, assuming
they'll eventually get fixed.
