I think it's been mentioned before, but have you thought about using just
"branding"? At a former contract, I worked on a project in which we had to
change logos, names, and the like due to a buyout of one company by
another. The PMs (and team members) all refered to this as the "rebranding"
project. Although if you spelled it out briefly in some sort of
introduction, a heading of "Customizing <SoftwareName> for Your Company"
may work just as well.
