"My sentence: Factors that are the same across all pipelines and internal
companies are only included in this form.

Summer Students: Only factors that are the same across all pipelines and
internal companies are included in this form."

The meaning is changed by moving the word "only." A classic example is
putting the word only before every word (and after yesterday) in the
following sentence:

I hit him in the eye yesterday.

The summer student is correct [if that's what you mean:)].
