RE: techwr-l Hourly vs Salaried

Depends on where you are.  Here in California, all employment is "at will".
Which means, as far as I can tell from every at-will statement I've read,
that they can fire you for no reason at any time with no notice.  And you
still are supposed to give them 2 weeks. :)
