You know, there's a huge market out there for somebody to just make
good, solid PDFs. Seemingly, very few have a good handle on this.
Indeed, Adobe should pay, as well, because bad PDFs make for bad press
and opinions such as offered by Keith. Now, if only companies knew they
needed such a service . . ..

In short, PDFs produced by people who are not interested in how you want
to use them can be hard to deal with. But in my experience these folks
never remember to turn on Acrobat security; so you can usually fix the
problem yourself if you know what you're doing <g>.
