Just a thought. When I need really crisp graphics with highly readable text I:
1. Convert the source image/doc to a PDF.
2. Export the PDF as EPS.
3. Size the EPS in Illustrator
4. Save as jpg, png, bmp, etc.
5. Place graphic into the document.
It's a little cludgy, but I've not found anyway to produce cleaner, crisper graphics.

...I was sure on a previous project using a earlier version of Snagit 5 I could whilest scrolling down the page actually capture the unseen portion (it was brought into view as it was captured) or am I deaming....
