Karen, thanks for sharing a very informative article.

I've been asked in several jobs what it would take to reduce or simplify the
documentation set (and, no, they weren't interested in reduced type size). The
answer invariably comes down to better product/feature/interface design.

But it must be too hard to do it right the first time.
