If you have used company standard (or self standard) content models that have worked really well, I would like to hear from you. If you have not, listen in.

Which documentation structure has worked as the best content model that you have used to create product documentation?

On what basis did you outline that content model?

Did the same content model work well to create documentation for solutions?
