The problem is likely with the print spool, the print driver, or the printer VM.

Did it print okay last week to THIS printer, or to a different one?

Is the printer connected directly to your PC or on a network?

What kind of printer is it?

What kind of network is it?

What is your operating system?

What driver is selected for the printer? (Start > Settings > Printers > [printername] ... right click > Properties.
