I use Notetab and am thoroughly pleased with it. It does a multitude of things, e.g., spell checking, removing line breaks and HTML tags, joining lines and lots of other stuff. I'm sure I use only a teeny little portion of its functionality. You can check it out on their Web site (www.notetab.com). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.
