I think you might have a better chance of finding software that does this among users in the academic community, where it's often used to detect plagiarism in student and published papers. Perhaps a Google search would be a good start

Your request for matching sentences overlooks the possibility that material was slightly altered when it was copied, such as changing from singular to plural, changing tense, or word order. Even changing a single character in a sentence would cause a sentence match to fail.
