Tom Murrell asked if a web site can be "protected" from printing.

Short Answer: No.

Frankly, if the documents are that sensitive, the readers
should be invited into a room, shown the documents, then ushered
out. Make sure that none of them have cameras.

I'm not kidding -- if people can't be trusted to have them on
their screens, then that is what will need to be done. I hope
none of them have photographic memories. ;)

Technology is probably not the answer here ...
