OPM = Other People's Money?

Owner/President Management Certificate. It's a 9-week certificate course which can be completed over a three year period. For comparison, the university where I work offers a 22-month Executive MBA program (see http://www.mgt.buffalo.edu/emba/). How anyone could walk away from a 9-week certificate course and claim they have an MBA or EMBA of any sort is a mystery to me.
