The issue is simply this:

Whenever you choose 1 door out of 3, you are likely to be wrong 2/3 of the
time. Period.

That's all.

While in some way one can say that there is a 1:2 chance when you have the two
final doors, the issue facing the contestant is the likelihood that her FIRST
CHOICE was wrong.
