I'd be inclined to avoid naming the view. Just describe what it provides. Along the lines of "On the left side of the window, click the triangles to view or hide the contents of each folder." If you feel compelled to explain that folders can be nested, then add an additional sentence to that affect, but I wonder that it might not be necessary at all, depending on the context of the task you're describing.
