Hmmm, good point. Certainly if the location is variable it can't be used as the key identifier. But still, unless you'll be referring to that area frequently, and in subsequent contexts, then I would still question whether or not its necessary to bestow upon it a special name.

Here's a contrived example:

Example 1:
Click the Add Album button to create a new album, then type a descriptive name.

Example 2:
Click the "+" button to create a new album, then type a descriptive name.

Suffice to say that the button has a big plus sign on it, and no text label. If Example 1 is used, then some poor user isn't going to know where the "Add Album" button is. Sure, we've given it a nice name, but did it really, truly need one? Probably not.
