Does anyone know of a forum where we can discuss the exportation of jobs
to other countries? I think it is an appropriate topic; and I'm not
interested in a racist discussion.
I'm interested in learning more about the level of success companies are
having with this approach to software development. I know my previous
company is struggling quite a bit with it.
