Besides ssi, you can also use framed pages, which are fairly easy to put
together using Dreamweaver. Whether you use them or not is a design issue
though, which depends mostly on whether you want or have a need to always
display the footer information. If you don't want to always display the
footer at the bottom of the browser window, you'll have to use ssi.
