Does anybody have advice on how to do this?

We need to distribute a specific sensitive document to our clients by email, and we'd like to force recipients to view and accept our nondisclosure agreement before they can see the document.

We have considered posting the document on a protected Web site, but we are looking for alternatives. Right now, we do need to allow our representatives to distribute this document to their client contacts by email, and we need to ensure that anyone who receives the file sees our terms for viewing the doc.

We'd like to be able to build the functionality within a specific pdf file (or maybe even in a Word file too, if possible) to pop a nondisclosure agreement that appears whenever someone attempts to open the file. It would act like a license agreement where the user must click "Accept" before the application launches. In this case, though, the Accept button/link/whatever would be the gateway to the document itself, so that the user/reader cannot open the document unless they have clicked the Accept button.

Don't know if this is possible, or where to start. Any advice?

Thanks!

kt
