Sounds like a poll in the making!
I've compiled the following catalog of euphemisms for bugs, based on experience at various "megacorps":
Caveats ("open" and "resolved")
Known anomalies (the "unknown anomalies are the real "gotchas"!)
Difficulty reports
Trouble tickets and my favorite, unpronounceable initialisms such as "QDDTS Reports," "SSIDRs," and the like.
