I didn't suggest that you just call the first randomly selected candidate. I
said that you call the first randomly selected qualified candidate.
1- Pick at random.
2- Scan Resume.
2a- Throw out resume if candidate seems unqualified.
2b- Read Whole Resume if candidate seems qualified. Continue.
3- If candidate IS qualified add to pile of candidates to call.
4- If there are fewer candidates to call than interview spaces, Repeat.
