What I'm trying to say that if you have uncooperative SMEs, its a bad idea
to run to your manager to try to **force** cooperation from them. Most
companies have some sort of escalation procedures to force compliance. But
that should be something you reserve only when everything else has failed.

Contrary to popular belief in tech-writing circles, this is true. And its
my main point.
