Hi John,

Back when I worked for a government contractor, we integrated 11X17
schematics with the normal 8 1/2 X 11 sheets. The 11X17s were folded so
that they fit nicely with the 8 1/2 X 11 sheets. However, we had to print
the 11X17s separately and manually insert them in the books. That was a
pain. But our setup was pretty primitive back then. You most likely have
more sophisticated tools than WordPerfect 5.1, Autocad 12, and 386 PCs.

If you go by only 11X17 sheets, the only setbacks I can see is that their
large size might make them hard to store and awkward to handle.
