Are you searching in your browser?

If so, you have to click Acrobat's binoculars icon. Ctrl+F invokes the browser's "find" function, which won't search the PDF in a useful way.

If you use the binoculars, though, or open the downloaded PDF in Acrobat directly, the documents you listed are completely searchable.
