So what we need for *any* documented system is an incentive program for users who send their comments, amendments, and unofficial trouble-shooting guides back to Document Control. The incentive would be doubled for any user whose contributions are incorporated in the next documentation release. This *might* improve the documentation, and it would also warn Document Control as to the location of unofficial, soon-to-be-obsolete guides.
