Here in the SF Bay Area, unless you work in the finance
industry or are a very senior manager, dressing up much
more than "business casual" will result in every third
person you encounter in your office asking you how your
job interview went. Generally, the traditional "dress
for success" advice to dress the way the person whose
job you would next like to have dresses still applies.
