Another option is that it may be that there is little knowledge of
Sharepoint on the list. Or the two people who know about it were on
vacation when you asked. Or didn't have time to answer. Even though
there was some grumpiness last week, generally people DO get answers if
answers are to be had. I would not assume that no one is willing to help
you. It's always a crapshoot when you ask a question--not only do you
not know what kind of response you are going to get, you are not
guaranteed one at all. It's not much help when we need information, but
that's the way it is. Hopefully you can find some more information
elsewhere or extrapolate from archived discussions of other kinds of
knowledge bases. I know we had one long thread early last year, which
may or may not be helpful.
