On some websites, the URL doesn't
seem to change from page to page.

For example, on the website
http://www.aussiegrill.com,
every page seems to have the URL:

http://www.aussiegrill.com/default_Flash.htm

What is going on on websites structured like
this? Why doesn't each page have a unique
address? If I want to direct someone to
a specific page on this website, do I need to
tell them which options to click to get to
the desired page? Or is there any more direct
way to get them to the page in question?

Thanks for your help. Sorry if this is
slightly off topic.
