I second that nomination. 3 a day. That would eliminate the tit-for-tat
and probably would encourage lurkers (as I know that many people refrain
from posting out of fear.) This limit is better than "1" because if
someone has a question they can receive a back and forth answer - a few
times, which "1" a day would preclude.
