On the CNN site:

The "Writing Assessements Results" link has some interesting statistical
information.

Makes me wonder how most of us would have fared on similar tests when we
were in school. I did quite well on writing assignments, and it always came easy to
me (I procrastinated, but when I finally sat down and worked on a writing
assignment I cranked it out quickly and received high marks). I was among the
highest in my class on the standardized English tests, but I really don't know how
those tests equate to actual writing skills.

Do you think we pick up most of our writing skills after we are out of high school,
or, if you are a so-so writer when you're 15, you'll be that way when you're 50?
