OK, I've had several requests to fill in the blanks (so, there's my secret--plenty of Sagittarius in my chart!). Here goes:

Aries--gets the ball rolling. Wants to be the first to produce something. Being the pioneer, Aries also enjoys investigating/research (going where no one has gone before). Collides with tables, chairs, and walls.

Taurus--loves those paychecks. Taurus and Libra are the ones you want for artwork, and for finish work in general. They will make sure it looks good. (They will also bring chocolate.)

Leo--basks in the praise, loves to take credit. (Also happily accepts responsibility.) Motivates others by telling jokes. (Sagittarius, not to be outdone, tells even more jokes.) Get a Leo to manage the project. (This is actually important, because a Leo manager will make sure everyone gets the praise they deserve, and will make sure work is balanced by play.)

Libra (see Taurus). Libra is a good mediator between any two warring groups: marketing vs. development, customer vs. tech support, management vs. staff. Don't ask them to make decisions, they will simply say, "Well, what would you like?" Not a good editor, because they can see the validity of all verbal variations.

Aquarius--put them in charge of group meetings. They will make sure everyone is heard. Aquarians may have better relations with the engineers, since they both tend to speak the same language and have similar interests.

Pisces--will behave like the person seated next to them. Pisceans love puzzles and are good at investigation, although being mystical in nature, they also like to simply admire the mystery from a distance. Editing is definitely not the right job for them. Indexing, perhaps. Like Aquarians, they are also interested in how things work, and can communicate well with the SMEs. If necessary, they can gather information by psychic and intuitive means.

(Maybe I should propose this as an article to an STC publication?!)

Anita
