I've worked in my nightgown before, but I wasn't onsite.

I'm with Sean on this one: regardless of the corporate culture, I show up
professionally dressed for the interview. That's the last time they may see
me dressed like that, though, depending on the dress code.

Call me old fasioned, but I don't care what you perceive the corporate
culture to be like at the place you are interviewing, you gotta wear a suit
and tie.
