I am in a situation very much like yours here at Airfone. I am the first
tech writer they have ever had, and I had the same issues as you present
in your post. Some of the topics that were in mine were:

1. Major Prioritized Objectives--and--Results/Achievements over the
time from when I started to present
2. Performance Assessment (Competencies) on a scale of EE (Exceeded
Expectations to NR Not Rated (Basically a 5-point scale)
3. Overall Performance

These are watered-down versions, but may give you something to go on. I
did have some sections that pertained to Verizon and sections that
pertained to Airfone and a section dedicated to flight-testing (Internal
data), and departmental issues.

I think just focus on what you have done so far, both the good and bad
(if applicable).
