Speak your mind and put your actions where your words
are.

Knowledge is all around you. You need to prove you can
add value, not just say you can. If you say something
can be done to improve something, make the first few
steps for them if they think it's worth looking at.
Just do it. Come back in a week with test results or
something. I created a basic nonsense application in
VB just to prove a point about context-sensitive help.
