Plug and play formulae do not accurately scope a
project's duration.

Project management is always being bombarded with
formulae and documented process flows, but really none
of these can apply to enough different projects to be
deemed useful.

The best project management guidelines come in the
form of soft skill building, and all good project
management resources explicitely state that project
timelines are expected to change as the project moves
along its course.

Project management is an art, not a science.
