Vlad,

One page is around 4-5 hours, full cycle. Where a
cycle includes: research/planning, outline,
draft1,2,3, production.

This is a very simplistic view and will vary depending
on your environment and the information base available
to you when you start the project. The complicated
version is documented in some books, I seem to
remember reading one of the Dr. Joanne Hackos books, I
think it was Managing your Documentation. Dr. Hackos,
has a pretty accurate algorithm for this.
