Let me add another nail:

My take is this, eHelp added another tool to your
toolbox with their FlashHelp thingy. This might not be
for everyone. Heck, it might not be for anyone. But,
it could be for you ... you just have to consider your
needs and audience's needs first.

There. It's nailed shut, now, right? All done. So
