Oh, believe me, I certainly do. I am not personally
bumming as a result of my OWN situation, rather am
just bummed in general when I reflect on the state of
our profession. I have busted my butt to be on top of
my game, and when I see others influenced by and
demonstrating the opposite, well, it just makes me
sick.

Am more than hanging in. Am constantly moving up
(which helps the paycheck). Again, this is not
personal frustration based on my environment, rather
frustration based on a reflection on our profession,
primarily as it's related on techwr-l.
