Yes, whether it's RH or another platform. If you stay with
FH, support will dwindle, trained users will become scarce,
with each OS upgrade you will run into additional
incompatibilities, and each time you have a question or a
problem, the ability to get them addressed will dwindle and
your company will be less and less pleased as it goes on.

Bite the bullet while your company accepts the idea, because
once you commit to the obsolete application, you will be
stuck with it. It doesn't have to be RH...it would be if it
was up to me, but that's up to you...just change to
something healthy.
