Sean...couldn't have said it better myself :-)

Let's look at it another way:

How often does the opportunity come along where your
management says, pretty much, "buy whatever new and current
application you want" AND now gives you the opportunity to,
as part of the changeover, to fix all the things in the
previous help that you don't like. (Everybody doesn't like
something) You are being given an opportunity to start over.

Who in their right mind would not jump at that opportunity?
