called Well-Fed Writers, based on the book of that name by Peter
Bowerman (The Well-Fed Writer: Financial Self-Sufficiency As a
Freelance Writer in Six Months or Less). Now, Bowerman's method
isn't a guarantee, especially in today's economic climate, but the
members of the discussion list share ideas about getting new clients,
what works and what doesn't work for their particular situations.
Some of them are *very* creative. (Caution: At least skim through
the first chapter or two of the book at Borders or B&N before joining
the list. It can be embarrassing to ask a question and have several
hundred people say "But Peter explains that in detail on page 87."
